About Dr. Andrea Gri, ND

Dr. Andrea Gri, ND, MSCP practices in Oakville, ON who focuses her practice on women’s hormonal and metabolic health.

She is known for helping women who feel dismissed, frustrated, or stuck in the healthcare system finally understand what is happening in their bodies and what they can do about it.

After more than a decade working alongside medical doctors, Dr. Andrea has seen how often women are told their labs are “normal” while they feel anything but normal. Many of her patients come to her after years of short appointments, unanswered questions, and being told their symptoms are simply part of getting older. Her work exists in the space where people need more time, deeper investigation, and a structured plan that looks at the whole person, not just one lab value or one symptom.

Dr. Andrea is a Certified Menopause Society Practitioner and the creator of The Metabolic Method™, a structured clinical framework she developed for her practice to help women improve metabolic health, rebuild strength, and feel better in their bodies at every stage of life. Rather than focusing only on weight, this approach looks at the foundations of metabolism, the obstacles that can interfere with progress, and the strategies that support long-term resilience and healthy aging.

Patients know Dr. Andrea as a careful listener, a thoughtful problem-solver, and a steady source of encouragement. She believes that good medicine starts with understanding someone’s story, and that people make the best decisions about their health when they feel informed, supported, and truly heard.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief:

Health is not just the absence of disease. It is the ability to live with strength, clarity, and confidence at every stage of life.
